Your background check results may take between 3-5 business days to come in; after which, it will appear on your profile. 

If more than 5 business days have passed, and you have not gotten your results, contact us at support@carelinx.com, and we will be happy to look into it. 

*Occasionally, caregivers accidentally make multiple accounts. Make sure you are logged into the correct account.
