For Mobile App Users

Step 1: Navigate to the "My CareLinx" section of the platform

Click the "My CareLinx" icon located in the bottom grey navigation bar. You will then see a list of options to choose from. Next, click "Caregiver Jobs." A new screen will open, taking you to the Application Management section.


Step 2: Familiarize yourself with the Application Management page 

The application management page is divided into the following sections:

  1. All Jobs: This section shows all of your applications (In Contact, Not Yet Replied, Recently Applied, Hired and Declined or Inactive).
  2. In Contact: This section shows families that you are currently in contact with.
  3. Not Yet Replied: This shows all of the messages you haven't replied to. 
  4. Recently Applied: This area contains all of the jobs you've recently applied to.
  5. Hired: This area contains all of the jobs that you've been hired for. 
  6. Declined, Withdrawn or Inactive: This area shows declined, withdrawn and inactive jobs. 

To view each section individually, navigate to the top of the screen and click the "Show" dropdown menu to select the specific section you'd like to view.

For Desktop Users

Step 1: Log into your CareLinx account

First, log into your CareLinx account. Once you are successfully logged in, navigate down to the "My Job Prospects" section on the home screen. In this section you'll see an overview of:

  1. The number of messages that need a reply
  2. The number of families reviewing your applications
  3. The number of jobs you've applied to

Next, click the blue "Manage" button. A new screen will open, taking you to the Application Management section.

Step 2: Familiarize yourself with the Application Management page 

The application management page is divided into the following sections:

  1. All Jobs: This section shows all of your applications (In Contact, Not Yet Replied, Recently Applied, Hired and Declined or Inactive).
  2. In Contact: This section shows families that you are currently in contact with.
  3. Not Yet Replied: This shows all of the messages you haven't replied to. 
  4. Recently Applied: This area contains all of the jobs you've recently applied to.
