These are the 4 payment statuses you are likely to see about your timesheet:


A timesheet has been created and has NOT been submitted to the family for review. You must open this draft timesheet and submit it with accurate information.

Submitted Timesheet

A timesheet has been submitted for review by the family. It has not been approved or denied. The family will get a notification that you have submitted a timesheet.

If you have been waiting over 2 business days or longer than the family has communicated with you, please reach out to our Support team or the Care Advisor of the family.

Family Approved

A timesheet has been approved by the family and it is now processing the payment to your bank account.

This can take several business days to complete, depending on your bank.

Funds Deposited

The timesheet was approved and payment has been sent by the family through CareLinx. Please confirm with your bank if the funds have been received.

*You can expect to receive the funds directly in your bank account within 2-5 business days after your timesheet is approved.
