With this new function, you will now be able to check your payment status at anytime.
To view the status, you must:
Step 1: Log in to your CareLinx Account
Step 2: Hover over Account, then click Payments
After clicking Payments, you will be directed to the Time Status page. The last column contains the status of each timesheet followed by a date. This will tell you when the status took effect.
Here are the different payment statuses that you might encounter:
![]() | The status indicates that your timesheet has been received and is pending review |
![]() | This status indicates that your timesheet has been approved and payment has begun processing |
![]() | Payment was successful and the funds are expected to reflect in your account on the estimated deposit date. |
![]() | This status indicates that the timesheet submitted was denied |
Note: You can view payment statuses and their description by hovering your mouse over the ? sign by the status!
