With this new function, you will now be able to check your payment status at anytime.

To view the status, you must:

Step 1: Log in to your CareLinx Account

Step 2: Hover over Account, then click Payments

After clicking Payments, you will be directed to the Time Status page. The last column contains the status of each timesheet followed by a date. This will tell you when the status took effect.

Here are the different payment statuses that you might encounter:

The status indicates that your timesheet has been received and is pending review

This status indicates that your timesheet has been approved and payment has begun processing

Payment was successful and the funds are expected to reflect in your account on the estimated deposit date.

This status indicates that the timesheet submitted was denied

Note: You can view payment statuses and their description by hovering your mouse over the ? sign by the status!
