Follow our simple step-by-step instructions to attend a video interview:

Step 1 - Agree on a time

Coordinate with your potential family about a good time to meet with them for a video interview.

Step 2 - Check your email

You will receive an email with the subject starting with “New interview request.” Please also be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not see it in our inbox.

Select Respond to select a time for your video interview.

Step 3 - Select a time

After logging in, head over to your Messages tab to view the available times the family is able to meet with you virtually. Select one of the 3 requested time slots, if not, decline and reschedule.

Step 4 - Confirm a time

Select a time slot that works best for you and select Confirm.

Step 5 - Check your email

You will receive an email 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time, open it and select Join Interview.

Step 6 - Join the video interview and follow up

After your video interview concludes, be sure to end the call and follow up with your family, thanking them for taking the time to meet with you!
