We encourage families to interview caregivers for their job before hiring. Each family has unique needs, and the interview process helps ensure a good match for the job. Follow our simple steps below to meet new families directly from your CareLinx app.

Step 1: When your interview is scheduled, you will receive an email from CareLinx with the confirmation.

Step 2: When it’s close to your interview time, we'll send reminders of your scheduled interview.

Step 3: You can also join the video interview through messages, you’ll receive the schedule information and the join interview button will appear 15 minutes before your interview.

Step 4: When the interview is 15 minutes away, you can click on the 'join interview' button to join the video call.

Step 5: Remember to login so you can access the interview.

Step 6: Remember to allow your camera and microphone when requested by CareLinx, so that the video and audio work during the interview.

Step 7: Now you are ready to start the video interview, just click on 'Join' and it will start!

Step 8: Now it's time for the interview! If you want, you can activate and deactivate the microphone or video in the green icons below the video.
