At times, you will need to skip a task for a variety of reasons. For instance, the care recipient may decline that they don’t want to be bathed today or it does not pertain to their current care needs. Follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the task that you want to skip

  2. Scroll down and click on the ‘Skip this task’ text

  3. Task has been skipped! You will be redirected to the ‘Today’ section of the Care Plan and will notice an X indicating that the task has been skipped.

Note: Certain Care Plan tasks are set as mandatory and you will not have the option to skip it.
