Why isn't my location showing up?
There are a few reasons why your location may not be showing up. Some of them are:
Sometimes it can take up to 20 seconds for your location to load. Wait until you can see the map to click 'YES, START'
You may be getting poor signal. Try to connect to WIFI as much as possible
Make sure your location is turned on
How can I fix my previous clock-in or clock-out?
If you already clocked in or out without a location, you can go back in and add a note to your clock-in or clock-out to advise your family that your GPS wasn't recorded. Follow the steps below to add a note:
Step 1: Click on the 'Clock-In' or 'Clock-Out' that you would like to add a note to
Step 2: Click 'ADD NOTE'
Step 3: Add a note explaining why your location isn't showing and click 'SAVE NOTE'
Step 4: Your care family will be able to see your note on the clock-in or clock-out
