Why isn't my location showing up?

There are a few reasons why your location may not be showing up. Some of them are:

  • It can sometimes take up to 20 seconds for your location to load. Wait until you can see the map to click YES, START.

  • You may be getting poor signal. Try to connect to WiFi as often as possible.

  • Make sure your location is turned on.

How can I fix my previous clock-in or clock-out?

If you already clocked-in or out without a location, you can go back to your timesheet and add a note to advise your family that your GPS wasn't recorded.

Follow the steps below to add a note:

Step 1

Click on the Clock-In or Clock-Out that you would like to add a note to.

Step 2

Click ADD NOTE.

Step 3

Add a note explaining why your location isn't showing and click SAVE NOTE.

Step 4

Your family will be able to see your note on the timesheet.
