Why isn't my location showing up?

There are a few reasons why your location may not be showing up. Some of them are:

  • Sometimes it can take up to 20 seconds for your location to load. Wait until you can see the map to click 'YES, START'
  • You may be getting poor signal. Try to connect to WIFI as much as possible
  • Make sure your location is turned on

How can I fix my previous clock-in or clock-out?

If you already clocked in or out without a location, you can go back in and add a note to your clock-in or clock-out to advise your family that your GPS wasn't recorded. Follow the steps below to add a note:

Step 1: Click on the 'Clock-In' or 'Clock-Out' that you would like to add a note to

Step 2: Click 'ADD NOTE'

Step 3: Add a note explaining why your location isn't showing and click 'SAVE NOTE'

Step 4: Your care family will be able to see your note on the clock-in or clock-out
