The first time you clock-in you will be prompted to allow CareLinx access to your location.

When you get this pop-up, click 'Allow' in order for the CareLinx application to get permission to access your location. 

I didn't allow access, what do I do now?

Android

Step 1: Go to your settings and under 'Network connections' click on 'Location'

Step 2: Make sure the button on the right hand corner is 'ON'

If the location is 'ON' your GPS should be working.

iOS

Step 1: Go to your settings and click on 'Privacy' 

Step 2: Click on 'Location Services'

Step 3: Scroll down and click 'CareLinx'
